Clubs New Zealand National Office will be closed over the Christmas break from Friday 21st December 2018 through to Monday 7th January 2019. As always the National Office team will be available during this period if you have any questions or require assistance.

Christmas Functions are all about celebrating the year that has been and giving your employees a chance to get together and have a bit of fun, however, they have developed a bit of a reputation over the years, partly due to Hollywood and partly because most of us will hear a story in the next few weeks of someone celebrating a little too much. The annual update forms are online and come pre-populated based on the information we currently hold for your club. As always, we ask that once you receive the form you carefully check each section and make any necessary changes or additions prior to submitting.
2019 Conference, AGM & Expo - Important Information

The Clubs New Zealand 2019 Conference, AGM + Expo will be here before we know it. Planning is well underway with the finishing touches currently being made to the agenda. There are going to be some changes to how conference runs this year so please take the time to ensure that you familiarise yourself with the draft agenda and plan your travel to ensure you do not miss out on the Clubs New Zealand Expo.
2018 Club Management Conference - Wrap Up

Last week more than 70 Club Managers from across the country made their way to Timaru Town & Country Club for the 2018 Club Management Conference.
Before we can get into wrapping up the conference we would like to once again acknowledge the conference hosts Timaru Town & Country Club. Thank you to Richard and the clubs Committee and all the volunteers. A huge thank you to Vince and your wonderful team.

A strategic plan can be used to guide the committee and management in making those tricky board room decision, while also supporting the culture of the club from the committee through to front line staff.
A strategic plan will describe the direction for the club and the forces likely to change your club’s business in the immediate future. Strategic planning concerns anything that will bring results from 1 year to 5 years or beyond.

The Clubs New Zealand National Database Project and Mobile App are continuing to grow as more and more clubs and members are getting on board. We now have a number of clubs who are part the National Database and are actively promoting the app to their members, in addition to this we are receiving multiple requests every day from members wanting to sign into the app in order to access their digital membership card and find the clubs nearest them wherever their travels take them.
Below we will explore just a couple of ways the National Database and App can support your club, the club community as a whole, add value to your membership offering and how your club can get involved.
