Final Report on the Incorporated Societies Bill

The Final report of the Economic Development, Science and Innovation Committee on the Incorporated Societies Bill has been released with the committee recommending that it be passed.

There are a number of amendments as part of the report which are unanimously recommended by the committee.

The bill will now have its second reading and while there is still a process for it to go through, we expect that it will move through pretty steadily from here.
