Concern Database: New Functionality

23 February 2022

The Salvation Army Oasis team are rolling out a new Breach notification functionality on the CONCERN database that will assist with the management of exclusion breaches.

The features of this functionality are:

  • Venue managers and society admins able to record breaches against excluded persons
  • Email notifications received when a breach is added in – MVE only
  • Ability to add in notes/actions for a breach entry
  • If a MVE client has breached multiple times – NAS is able to push a notification out to all venues that person is excluded from.

The operators manual detailing the process flow and how to use the new functionality can be downloaded using the link below:

Breach Notification - Operators Manual

This functionality will be live on CONCERN from 24 Feb 2022. This has been tested on the test environment by NAS and Torutek.

Please contact Ganesh - National MVE Administrator if you need further information.
