Annual Membership Updates will be hitting inboxes next month

Early next month all clubs will receive an email with a link for you to complete your annual membership update. This year we have made some big changes to the annual update form to simplify and speed up the process.
As with previous update forms, this one will be online and the link to access the form will be emailed to each club early in December. We will be asking clubs to complete the membership declaration and reciprocal rights sections only, so the form has reduced from many, many fields down to six.
As per section 7 of the Clubs New Zealand Constitution the information provided on this form will be used to determine your club’s annual subscription for the year January 1st 2022 – December 31st 2022, your support with accuracy of this information is extremely important. The number of individual members you must declare to Clubs New Zealand will be based off the total number of financial members of your club across all membership categories as at 31st December 2021.
The forms will need to be completed and submitted no later than 20th February 2022.
