Download & Complete Entry Form then hand in to your Club Manager for Online Registration

Please note: All entries and fees must be submitted via the Clubs New Zealand online portal. Once you have completed this form, simply pass it on to your Club, who will complete the online form on your behalf.

Snooker: $140 per pair ($70 per player)
