Clubs New Zealand is pleased to share information from ServiceIQ about the Club Savvy Training Qualification, a tailored training pathway designed specifically for the club sector.
This programme has been developed to help clubs build the skills and confidence of their people, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the high-quality service that members and guests expect. Through Club Savvy, staff gain recognised hospitality qualifications while learning on the job.
Investing in staff not only builds capability but also strengthens member experience, supports retention and helps club to remain competitive in the wider hospitality industry.
