Course description

Today’s business world is riddled with complexities relating to compliance, competition, litigation, technological advancements, legislative changes and the ever-increasing challenges brought upon by consumer demands. In order to stay abreast and aware of such, it is imperative that club officers understand the role they play as a officer and how their decision making can affect them, the club and its members.

Governance & Club Fundamentals is designed to give club committees insight into important facets of club operations and law that can have critical implications on the club and its decision makers if ignored, overlooked, or simply misunderstood.
