We are excited to announce that registrations are now open for the Clubs New Zealand 2026 Conference, AGM & EXPO hosted by the New Plymouth Club.
This is your opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate with fellow clubs from across the country as we unite for three days of networking, inspiration and community.
Conference, AGM & EXPO Overview
For 2026, we've adjusted the programme schedule to better suit club calendars. The event will now run from Thursday through to Saturday, allowing those who need to return to their clubs for the weekend to do so. For those who decide to travel over to New Plymouth on Wednesday 25th March there will also be an informal get together and Club Managers Group gathering in the evening.
Thursday 26th March - Hospitality EXPO & Welcome Function:
Kick things off at the Hospitality Expo, where industry supporters and suppliers showcase the latest products and services to strengthen your club. Later, enjoy a relaxed and social Welcome Function: your chance to catch up with friends and meet new faces.
Friday 27th March - Conference & Awards Dinner
A full day of thought-provoking speakers and sessions designed to inform, inspire, and help share the future of our industry. In the evening, join us at the inaugural Club and Community Awards Dinner, a celebration of excellence in our industry and an unmissable night of entertainment, recognition and networking.
Saturday 28th March - AGM
We close the event with the Clubs New Zealand AGM, reflecting on the past year an setting the direction for the year ahead.
Registration
This year, we have the following registration options available.
- Full conference package (excluding awards dinner): Covers all conference events from Wednesday 25 March until the close of the AGM on Saturday 28 March. Please note the Conference Dinner is not included in this package, tickets to the conference dinner will need to be purchased separately at the time of registration.
- Conference Awards Dinner Ticket: Your ticket to the inaugural Clubs and Community Awards Dinner to be held on Friday 27 March.
- EXPO Only: This option gives you full access to the EXPO Day only on Thursday 26th March.
- AGM Only: This option is to register for the AGM only on Saturday 28th March. Please note this option will not give you access to the EXPO or conference on the 26th and 27th.

We're proud that conference pricing has been held steady for the past three years despite pressures from increasing costs, and with the introduction of Early Bird rates we're giving you the chance to lock in savings and reward your club for planning ahead.
