  • New requirements for the display of the gaming licence
  • No more accumulated/undistributed funds
  • Harm Min Package (POI, Incidents) available from COMS/ Facial rec offering
  • Due diligence with manufacturers when upgrading machines
  • Bigger clubs offering tradeout machines to smaller clubs when upgrading
  • Maintenance contracts and their necessity
  • Apportionments for actual costs (must have something)
  • Separate P/L in audit accounts for gaming
  • Check funds undistributed before finalising audit
  • GMAS must match audited accounts
  • Licence in on time (or communication)
  • Re registration under incorporated status (risk of losing licence)
