We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations.

About the Role

·         Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

·         Food preparation and service

·         Maintain high food quality and presentation standards

·         Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

About You

·         Previous experience in a commercial kitchen

·         Strong work ethic and reliability

·         Ability to work flexible hours

·         Team-focused attitude

·         Able to step up when required
