We are seeking an experienced and capable Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at Waitara District Services & Citizens Club Inc.

About the Role

·         Lead and manage all kitchen operations

·         Menu planning and food innovation

·         Staff supervision and training

·         Stock control and ordering

·         Ensuring food safety and compliance

·         Maintain high food quality and presentation standards

About You

·         Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader

·         Strong organisational and leadership skills.

·         Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

·         Commitment to quality and consistency.
