EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CLUB CATERING CONTRACT
Te Aroha Club Inc. are seeking expressions of interest to partner with a reliable person/ to provide quality meals to our members and wider community at affordable prices. Tenders covering a variety of food, regular and changing specials, particular function menus and special occasions menu options will be reviewed with interest.
The club has a function room and looking at utilizing this room further. In addition, we have a variety of functions and we would like this to increase in number and type.
SUBMISSION INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION.
A cover letter detailing you and your business/previous experience, qualifications food hygiene certification, trade and business reference. Sample menu ideas and price point.
CONTRACT
The contract/lease details will be discussed with short listed applicants. We are open to discuss options around how to make this work for you and the Te Aroha Club.

Applications will be reviewed by selection with strictest confidence. The Club will identify a shortlist and the Te Aroha Club Inc. Committee will make the final decision based on the above criteria.
