Stokes Valley Memorial RSA - Caterer

Stokes Valley Memorial RSA is looking for a new contract caterer from 1 February 2027.

The catering operation currently runs on Friday nights, offering primarily pub-style meals. The club typically serves around 50 meals on a Friday evening, with numbers often reaching around 90. There are also club functions that require catering.

The RSA provides:

• The kitchen premises free of charge
• All plant and equipment
• A fully compliant kitchen
• Food control plan

You will provide the food and will be responsible for running the kitchen.

There is also the opportunity for the caterer to use the kitchen on a wider commercial basis.
