Using the Clubs New Zealand App with your POS System

Give your members an easier way to access their membership card, loyalty rewards and club benefits.

The Clubs New Zealand App can be integrated with a number of POS systems, allowing members to use the digital membership card within the app to access loyalty programmes, discounts and other member benefits at your club.

We currently have the app working with the following systems:

SwiftPOS - Supports an additional card number for each member account. Simply add the app QR code number to the member record (club number followed by member number).

Bepoz - While Bepoz does not include a dedicated card number field, integration can be achieved through additional setup. In some cases, club may find it easier to renumber members from 1000 onwards at their next membership renewal.

One Tap - Supports an additional card number for each member account. Simply add the app QR code number to the member record (club number followed by member number).

Idealpos - Supports an additional card number for each member account. Simply add the app QR code number to the member record (club number followed by member number).

ClubPOS - Recognises members for any club using the Clubs New Zealand App by checking against the Clubs New Zealand membership database.
