The Clubs New Zealand 2026 Conference, AGM and Expo will be held from Thursday 26 - Saturday 27 March 2026 at the New Plymouth Club. We have secured discounted accommodation rates at a number of motels and hotels in close proximity to the New Plymouth Club and recommend you act now to secure your accommodation and confirm your travel plans.

KEY DATES

Wednesday 25 March

From 4pm the Club Managers Gathering and Pre Conference Gatherings will be held. Get settled, get reacquainted and catch up with mates from across the country before the event begins.

Thursday 26 March

Connect with industry suppliers and supporters and the Clubs New Zealand 2026 Expo. A day to see what's hot, what's on the horizon and get inspired.

Friday 27 March

Friday is conference day which will feature a line up of presenters to get delegates thinking.

Saturday 28 March

AGM is the business end of the event where we look back on the year that was 2025 and where we are heading in 2026 and beyond.  The AGM is set to finish at approximately 12pm.

We have negotiated discounted accommodation rates with a number of hotels and motels in New Plymouth, most within easy walking distance to the New Plymouth Club. We recommend you book directly with the accommodation providers listed.

Please note: Delegates will be responsible for booking and arranging their own transportation throughout the duration of the event. Where possible Clubs New Zealand will supply information on recommended transportation options.
