Rotorua CT Club is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Club Secretary/Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead a well-established club with approximately 1,300 members. The club offers a range of facilities, including a bar, restaurant, snooker and 8-ball tables, TAB, pokies, and a swimming pool.
The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the Executive’s strategic direction, and maintaining the club’s high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively
- Support the Executive in strategic planning and decision-making
- Ensure high standards of service and facility management
- Manage gaming operations in compliance with all regulations
- Lead marketing efforts to grow membership and revenue
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong business, financial, and hospitality management skills
- Effective staff management and HR capabilities
- Proven leadership abilities
- A current Manager’s Certificate (essential)
- Marketing experience to drive growth
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a passion for community-focused hospitality.
