Registrations Now Open for CNZ27

The countdown is on! Registrations are now officially open for the Clubs New Zealand 2027 Conference, AGM & EXPO (CNZ27), proudly hosted by the Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club from 1-3 April 2027. CNZ27 will bring together club leaders, managers, volunteers, committee members, industry partners and delegates from across New Zealand for three days of learning, networking, governance, celebration and industry connection. 

Whether you're attending to connect with fellow clubs, explore the Hospitality EXPO, participate in the AGM, hear from industry speakers, or celebrate success at the Club & Community Awards Dinner, CNZ27 promises to be an event not to miss.

Before you Register

This year we are using a new registration platform. While the process remains straightforward, it works a little differently from previous years.

To make registration as smooth as possible, we recommend having the names of all attendees, their contact details and travel requirements on hand before you start. Please also ensure attendee names are entered exactly as you would like them to appear on conference name tags and registration materials.

Main Contact

Each booking must have one designated Main Contact.

The Main Contact is the person responsible for managing the registration and receiving conference communications. This does not need to be your club's main contact person, or voting delegate. In most cases this will be the club manager, secretary, or the person completing the registration.

To simplify the registration process, we recommend selecting the first attendee entered into the booking as the Main Contact, as this reduces the amount of information that needs to be entered multiple times.

Registration Options

• Early bird pricing is available up until 31 December 2026.
• Full conference registration includes access to all inclusive functions, the Annual General Meeting, Conference Sessions and Hospitality Expo access.
• Partners or guests attending conference sessions, networking opportunities or the EXPO must be registered as either a Full Conference or EXPO only attendee.

Transport Information

While travel to and from the conference is normally the responsibility of attendees, the Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club has kindly arranged a range of transport options to assist delegates travelling to CNZ27.

Transport services are being coordinated and managed directly by the host club. During registration you will be asked to provide travel information and indicate whether you wish to utilise any of the available transport options.

Please note:

• Transport bookings will be passed directly to Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club for coordination.
• Any applicable transport fees will be invoiced separately by Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club prior to the conference.
• Questions regarding transport arrangements should be directed to Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club on 04 529 0009.
