You are invited to register for the Club Managers Group AGM & Conference to be held at the Hornby Club on Wednesday 16th October & Thursday 17th October.
The Advisory group are aware of the tough financial conditions currently facing Clubs and have adjusted the event to run over 1 & a half days, so that it can be more cost effective.
Tuesday night will be drinks and a catch up around 5.30pm,
The format will be that Wednesday will be a full-on Training Day starting 9.00am with topics such as:
- Marketing, developing your brand, the lost generation
- AI a practical session on using this new tool (bring your laptop)
- HR, a managers position
- Mental health, taking care of yourself
- Food, the biggest draw card & getting it right
- CEO from Club Managers Australia on why Australian Clubs work
- There will also be an update from Clubs New Zealand's new CEO on developments
- Update from COMS & NEXT payments
- Presentation & discussion from the recent Australian visit
Thursday will be the Groups AGM, Elections & Discussion on the group going forward. It is envisaged that Thursday will finish around midday allowing attendees to return home at the earliest convenience.
