In this webinar, Barry will guide committees and management through understanding risk and what could impact your financial performance in the next 6-12 months; how important forward cashflow visibility is in managing this risk; diversifying your revenue streams but being disciplined about it; operating with clarity in times of financial pressure; having the courage to think laterally, have difficult decisions and decide on what is in the best interests of the club and looking at shifting the mindset of clubs.
