This year, we have the following registration options available.
- Full conference package (excluding awards dinner): Covers all conference events from Wednesday 25 March until the close of the AGM on Saturday 28 March. Please note the Conference Dinner is not included in this package, tickets to the conference dinner will need to be purchased separately at the time of registration.
- Conference Awards Dinner Ticket: Your ticket to the inaugural Clubs and Community Awards Dinner to be held on Friday 27 March.
- EXPO Only: This option gives you full access to the EXPO Day only on Thursday 26th March.
- AGM Only: This option is to register for the AGM only on Saturday 28th March. Please note this option will not give you access to the EXPO or conference on the 26th and 27th.

How to Register
To register for the Clubs New Zealand 2026 Conference, AGM & EXPO you will need to visit the ticketing site by clicking the link Register Now button above:
1. Once on the ticketing site click the "register" button:
2. Choose the number of people you wish to register for each registration type using the + or - buttons
Note: Partners wishing to attend any part of the Conference, AGM or EXPO will need to be registered, as Clubs New Zealand and the New Plymouth Club cannot cover the costs of unregistered partners. Partners who will not be attending the Conference, AGM or EXPO are invited to register for the Club & Community Awards Dinner.
3. Conference Award Dinner Seat Selection
If you are purchasing tickets to the Conference Awards Dinner, a map will pop up allowing you to select your seats. Click on the teal circles to select your seats before moving onto the checkout
3. Enter the buyer information
The "buyer" is the person buying the tickets on behalf of the clubs attendees and will be the main person Clubs New Zealand will contact with updates or queries. The "buyer" does not need to be attending the Conference, AGM & EXPO.
4. Enter the attendee details for each "ticket"
Enter the attendee details for each ticket. If the buyer whose details you entered in step 3 is attending the Conference, AGM & EXPO, you can copy their details to the appropriate ticket type to save you typing them out again (you will need to select their role and dietary requirements if applicable).
Once you have completed the details for each attendee click "Save & Continue"
5. Choose your payment option
If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an email from order@humanitix.com with your invoice attached.
6. Making changes to your booking
After you have submitted your order you will receive a second email with a summary of your booking, in this email is a link that allows you to view your order and make adjustments if required.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event. Following this, tickets are transferable only.
