Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition runs from 25 June to 31 July 2021.
To enter you simply need to download the latest version of the Clubs New Zealand Mobile App and Sign Up.
The winner will receive an iPhone 12 RRP $1499.
The winner will be notified by email by 6 August 2021. If the winner doesn't reply by 9am on 13 July 2021, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Decisions in relation to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to use the prize winners' name and photograph for publicity purposes.
We reserve the right to cancel or extend this competition at any time by communicating new dates by email.
When collecting personal information Clubs New Zealand complies with the Privacy Act 2020.
Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Rules and the Specific Rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion is open to members of a Clubs New Zealand member club only. Disqualified Participants may not enter in the Promotion.
Clubs New Zealand reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
