MURRAY CLEARWATERFriday 27 March - 9.55AM - 10.25AM Murray Clearwater is a Chair/Commissioner for Tauranga City, Taupo, Western Bay of Plenty, South Waikato, Thames-Coromandel, Whangarei, The Far North, Ruapehu, Wairoa and Westland DLCs and is also a member on the Kaipara and Whanganui DLCs. With a background of 15 years in the Police, including several years in frontline alcohol impairment assessments and compliance inspections, and 12 years in alcohol licensing regulation as an Alcohol Licensing Inspector in Local Government, Murray is fully conversant with the assessment of applications for alcohol licences, and managers certificates. He has a sound understanding of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 an its regulations and has written more than 30,000 decisions and chaired numerous contested hearings over the past 13 years for these councils. Murray is also a past President and founding committee member of the New Zealand Institute of Liquor Licensing Inspectors (NZILLI). |

HON NICOLE MCKEEFriday 27 March - 11.05AM - 11.35AM Hon Nicole McKee is the Minister for Courts and the Associate Minister for Justice. Elected to Parliament as an ACT Party MP in 2020, Nicole is a mother of four, has a background in law, and is passionate about firearms reform. Before politics, she was the coordinator for the nation's volunteer firearms safety instructors for the Mountain Safety Council and the spokesperson for the Council of Licenced Firearms Owners (COLFO) and its Fair and Reasonable Campaign. |

BRONWYN COLGANFriday 27 March - 12PM - 12.30PM Bronwyn advises clients on the various issues that arise throughout the employment relationship. Her experience pracitising in the UK and Middle East, and across various specialist areas, lends a rounded knowledge base to her practice. Bronwyn has worked with complex multinational orgnisations, listed and private companies, co-operatives, right through to small owner-operators and understands the different dynamics and priorities across a range of businesses. She has also represented employees with complex claims. Bronwyn represents employers and employees in mediation, has assisted on litigation in the Employment Relations Authority and appeared as junior counsel in the Employment Court. She is experienced in negotiating settlements and has advised senior employees on their exits. Bronwyn has a particular interest in personal grievances, disciplinary matters, company restructures, employee fraud and medical incapacity. She is experienced in insurance employment disputes, employee incentive and bonus arrangements. |

He likes to focus on providing professional and proactive advice to his clients, and specialises in management accounting and reporting, business turnaround and growth, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting. For seven years in the United Kingdom, Andrew worked as a Finance Director for a variety of businesses in Beauty, Hospitality, Accommodation and Event Management industries. He has a wealth of industry experience and uses this experience to add value to his client's businesses. Andrew is a Qualified Chartered Accountant in New Zealand, and holds a B.Com in Finance and BA in Japanese. Andrew has a young family and like to spend his spare time cycling, boating and skiing. |
