First Aid Training Delivered by New Zealand Red Cross
A quick first aid response can mean the difference between life and death, or can reduce the severity of an injury. First aid can also help protect your Club, by reducing the impact an accident can have on productivity and the cost of employees taking leave.
Workplaces must take all practical steps to provide first aid facilities under the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995, and to have procedures for dealing with emergencies under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (HSE Act).
Clubs New Zealand has teamed up with the New Zealand Red Cross to bring clubs a range of First Aid and AED options, these include;
- Free online AED Awareness course
- Group Training Courses in comprehensive first aid, first aid re-validation and essential first aid
