Using the CONCERN MVE Database?

23 September 2020

The CONCERN MVE Database was launched at the end of July this year and enables venues to access to an online web portal (venue profile page) that has the option to add exclusions, accept MVEs and provide a list of all active exclusions for your venue (think much less paper and much faster process).

Leigh is up to date on adding users to the CONCERN database, so if you are still unable to login to add exclusions or to confirm exclusion requests, please contact Leigh asap so we can get this sorted.

The system is run and maintained by Salvation Army, and we are working with them to make the process as seamless as possible for clubs.

Exclusions can be added by area, so even if you have no exclusions directly from your club, you may have some from neighbouring venues.  To print these out for your staff, log in as normal and click the EXPORT button.  There are several export options including pdf, but you may be better to use csv which you can then open in excel and adjust the fields as required before printing.

Here is the youtube video Leigh made earlier in the year for adding exclusions - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltdBpK2mqGk

If you have any questions, please contact Leigh at National Office by emailing leigh@clubsnz.com or Ganesh from Salvation Army by emailing ganesh.vijayanath@salvationarmy.org.nz
