This is a fantastic chance for you to join a large Tauranga based club which encourages career growth and opportunities. Tauranga Citizens Club operates 7 days per week & offers a range of activities including pool, snooker, darts, indoor bowls, TAB, gaming, and other weekly events for our members.
About the role:
- Make, serve and take orders for drinks.
- Clean and tidy the bar and patron area.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments.
- Wash and polish glassware.
- Monitor and operate gaming and TAB machines.
- Host responsibility – ensure patrons are of legal drinking age and don’t drink too much.
To be considered for this position, essential requirements include:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
- A positive can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
- Experience in Bar, Gaming, TAB and is highly regarded but not essential, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
