Raglan Club - Sous Chef, Caterer, Chef, Kitchen Assistant.

Want to work at the beach?. The Raglan Club in the heart of Raglan and is located 40 minutes from Hamilton. We are looking for Chef's and Assistants in our new kitchen.

The Right people for the roles.

Must have experience with relevant qualifications in cooking or 3 years minimum experience in a kitchen
Be willing to learn and teach others
A knowledge of suppliers, costing, menu compilation and development
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work hygienically and to deadlines
Great leadership skills
Flexible as weekend and evening work is required.
Ensure the kitchen is compliant with our food plan and health and safety regulations
Maintain a professional approach with your co-workers
A right to work in New Zealand

Above all have a passion for food and a desire to succeed
