How to add exclusions to the concern database

The National Exclusion Database CONCERN is scheduled to go live later this month. The new system will enable venues access to an online web portal (venue profile page) that will have the option to add exclusions and also accept MVEs and will have a list of all active exclusions for that venue (think much less paper and much faster process).
We have produced a video for clubs showing how to add exclusions to the CONCERN Database in anticipation of the launch. It is important that clubs take the time to familiarise yourselves with the database.

For those clubs running COMs QEC venue management system the CONCERN database fully integrates with the COMS QEC venue management system, the guardian facial recognition system and the POI tablet. There is information over on the COMS website https://www.coms.net.nz/concern-database/ including videos to help you become familiar with the process.
