Club Manager
The Gisborne RSA is seeking to appoint a Manager who possesses solid leadership and management skills and can demonstrate ability and flair to lead our Club into a new phase of growth.
The successful applicant will need the following knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrate ability to understand business finance and budgeting.
- Good standard of written and oral communication.
- Be computer literate.
- Demonstrate experience in all aspects of bar operations.
- Understand gaming machine requirements and procedures.
- Be approved by the Department of Internal Affairs to operate gaming machines.
- Have the ability to promote and market the club as a community facility.
- Demonstrate customer focus.
- Be the holder of a Managers Certificate in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
- Have the skills to effectively lead a dedicated team of staff.
This is a hands-on position. Approx. 30 to 35 hours per week
