Getting started with Typsy Training

We hope you have all had a chance to jump onto the Typsy training platform and have a look around. With hundreds of lessons it can be a little overwhelming to know where to start.
Getting started as a manager on Typsy
We recommend that you join in on a getting started as a manager on Typsy webinar. These webinars are free and are designed to teach venue managers the main features of Typsy. In the 45-minute, interactive webinar, your Typsy Customer Success Expert will walk you through features of the site.
The key topics to be covered include:
- Adding and managing members to your Typsy account
- Building custom playlists
- Assigning out training
- Viewing and understanding the training report
Your Customer Success expert will also go over best practices and client success stories for each of these features. You will walk away equipped to use Typsy to the fullest, as well as having the confidence to blend online learning with Typsy into your current learning and development plan.
During the tour of the platform, there will also be time for live Q&A about the system. All of your questions will be answered live and you will be given resources to explore the system further.
How it works
Login to your Typsy Managers Account and select Journey from the top menu. Under getting started you will see the "Sign up for the 'Getting started as a manager on Typsy' webinar. Click on this link
Click on the "select a date button" to register for the webinar that best suits you. Please note that the webinars are listed in Coordinated Universal Time and there are times available across many regions.
This webinar is interactive and will have participants from around the globe joining- for this reason, the session is not recorded. If you are unable to make the webinar, please feel free to sign up for another session- we would love to have you join us!
Participate in the webinar
Join and participate in the webinar at your selected time! Within your registration email click "Go to online event page" to be taken to the event page with the clickable video. During the session, you'll be able to discuss your ideas, as well as ask questions and have them answered live.
The webinar will be hosted on the video communication platform Zoom. Simply install Zoom (it’s free) and ensure that when you join each webinar you have a webcam and microphone setup and ready before the start time. Don’t have a webcam? You can always join via your mobile device (including camera).
When it is time for the meeting to start, click "View now" from within the confirmation email that is sent to you after registering.
This will help get you started and get your staff onboard and learning new skills.
