Clubs New Zealand along with the Hornby Club are all set for the Clubs New Zealand 2023 Conference, AGM and EXPO and look forward to welcoming delegates in just a few days time.
Registrations will open from 11.00am, Thursday 16th March at the Hornby Club. As always the National Office team will be on hand throughout the event to get you registered and answer your questions.
To help you get ready for conference we have prepared some tips, tricks and useful information below;
Transport
The Hornby Club will be operating a shuttle service to transport attendees from their accommodation* to the club and vice versa during the conference at a cost of $5 per person – the shuttle service can be contacted on 02108710974.
Please remember airport transfers are not operating, we recommend that clubs investigate transport options such as taxi, uber.
Name Tags
At registration you will receive your conference name tag - make sure that you have your name tag on you throughout the conference and events. The staff at Hornby Club will be looking to make sure you have your conference name tag on, you will also be able to scan the QR code on the front of the name tag at the bar to receive drinks discounts.
The QR code on the back on your name tag will bring you to the conference event information on the Clubs New Zealand website, including the digital agenda and speaker information.

EXPO
Clubs New Zealand is proud to bring delegates the 2023 Hospitality Expo, taking place on Friday 17th March at the Hornby Club.
The expo will be open from 10.00am - 7.00pm and we encourage delegates to make a day of it! There will be great company, food, beverages and a heap of good times!
