You asked for it and you got it, a longer Clubs New Zealand Expo! Conference registrations and the Clubs New Zealand Hospitality Expo will be starting at 10.00am at the Tauranga Citizens Club to give attendees ample time to visit the exhibitors and chat about your club’s needs.
The Expo day will feature great exhibitors (of course), chances to win and lunch. We are asking all attendees to ensure that your travel arrangements allow you to arrive at the Tauranga Citizens Club by 10.00 on Thursday 21 March 2019.
Thursday will wrap up with the Welcome Function and Entertainment so that you are all settled in and ready for Conference Day Friday.
Friday 22 March 2019
Friday will start with the Expo at 8.30am so that you have a chance to follow up on any enquiries or opportunities discovered on Thursday.
While the expo continues downstairs, we are introducing three Elective Workshops which will be run at the Tauranga Citizens Club. The Workshops will be half hour sessions focusing on specific areas of club business. There will be no additional cost to attend the elective sessions, but we will be asking each attendee to indicate what elective sessions they will be attending at the time of registration – we will have details of the elective sessions prior to opening registration so you have plenty of time to see what sessions are right for you.
After the elective sessions transport will be on hand to take attendees to the Baycourt Theatre for lunch and the afternoon Keynote Sessions.
After the Keynote Sessions attendees will be transported back to Tauranga Citizens Club for the Conference Cocktail Function which is open to all attendees.
Saturday 23 March 2019
Saturday will run as usual with Transport on hand to take you from Tauranga Citizens Club to Baycourt Theatre for the Clubs New Zealand 2019 Annual General Meeting.
Following the AGM buses will transport attendees back to the Tauranga Citizens Club for lunch and afternoon fun.
In 2019 we will be running three elective workshops on Friday morning. There is no additional cost to attend these workshops, however, you must select which workshops you will be attending at the time of registration.
On this year’s registration form you will see a new tab called “Workshop Registration”. After you have completed the registration details and travel details for your clubs’ attendees you will be able to choose the elective sessions each attendee will register for.
