Clubs New Zealand 2018 Conference & AGM - Final Boarding Call

This time next week the Clubs New Zealand 2018 Conference, Expo & AGM hosted by St John's Club will be under way.
Registrations will open from 12.00pm in the Memorial Hall located on the second floor of the Whanganui War Memorial Center. As always the National Office team will be on hand to get you registered and answer your questions. Registrations will also continue on Friday morning before the conference presentations get underway in the Concert Chamber.
Partners Trips will be available across the three days that the expo, conference and AGM are running. Unlike previous years there is not partners trips set in concrete, the team at St John's Club will have a whole range of options and partners will be able to work with the St John's Club coordinators to pull together a day out that suits. There is no need to pre book, just enquire on arrival.

Over the last few weeks we have been introducing this years conference speakers and this week we have our final two speakers in the line up to introduce to you - The Hon Simon Bridges and to wrap up Friday's proceedings Nick Rado.
WHAT TO EXPECT - NEW POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT
Hon Simon Bridges - Leader of the National Party
Simon Bridges is the MP for Tauranga and Leader of the National Party.
In the last National-led Government, Simon held several ministerial portfolios including Energy, Transport, Labour, Communications, Economic Development and Leader of the House.
Prior to standing for Parliament, Simon was a senior Crown Prosecutor in the District and High Courts in Tauranga and was formerly a litigation lawyer in Auckland.
Simon graduated from the University of Auckland, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. He later completed a Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford, where he met his wife Natalie.
Simon has been an MP since 2008 and he and Natalie live in Tauranga with their young family.

Nick Rado - Comedian
Nick Rado is a multiaward winning, presenter, producer, writer, MC and stand-up comedian with national and international success in the radio and stand-up comedy industries. Nick is currently guest comedian panellist and Head Writer for TV3’s Award winning panel show ‘7 Days’, TVNZ’s comedy game show ‘Word UP’ and has recently just finished a nationwide NZ tour opening for Danny Bhoy.
