Registrations for the Clubs New Zealand 2017 Conference & AGM will be closing on Friday 24th February. If your club is attending but you haven't yet got your registration form completed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
The conference programme is almost complete and you can view the latest copy of the programme below. This year's Conference & AGM promises to be educational, interactive and motivational as we look towards the club industry's future.
Thursday will see the return of the ever popular Clubs New Zealand expo featuring partners and suppliers to the club industry as well as some of New Zealand's leading wineries. Friday's programme is conference day and we have produced a programme which will get delegates thinking, laughing and gathering ideas to take home to your clubs. After the presentations are over we will be celebrating our amazing industry with the Clubs New Zealand Formal Dinner, this is set to be an amazing evening with a number of surprises in store. Then of course Saturday morning is dedicated to Clubs New Zealand business as we look back on the year that was 2016 and where we are heading in 2017 and beyond. We look forward to seeing you all there!

This is a formal event and seats are limited so make sure you book yours when registering for the conference.

*As always partners are invited to attend the meet & greet functions that are organised in conjunction with the Clubs New Zealand Conference & AGM free of charge. Partners wishing to attend the conference dinner will need to register as Partner + Dinner. Partners wishing to attend the Conference & AGM including conference sessions will need to register as a delegate under either the Committee or Management Registration type.
How to Register
An email has been sent out to all clubs with a unique link to complete your club’s registration form.
Below is a quick step by step guide to completing the registration form;
- The forms will be pre-populated with your club’s key contacts.
- For each person select YES or NO from the drop down box in the “Attending” column to indicate whether that person will be registering for Conference & AGM.
- In the “Registration Type” column select the most applicable registration type for each person who is attending the Conference & AGM.
- If you need to register people who are not already on the list, select Add Registrant and complete the details as required.
- Once you have completed all your attendee’s information select the Travel Details tab to enter the travel details. Once you have entered the travel details for the first person you can tick the box to copy the travel details if everyone is travelling together.
- You can save the registration form at any time if you are not quite ready to submit and come back to it later (just make sure you do not delete the email so you have access to the link).
- Once you have completed the registration form hit “Submit Registration” and you are all done.

On submitting your club’s registration form you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been received. Once your registration is confirmed an invoice will be generated and sent to your club’s primary email address.

There is a large number of accommodation options available in the Blenheim Region many of which are within easy walking distance. Clubs of Marlborough have prepared an accommodation listing which can be downloaded below;
The Clubs of Marlborough will provide airport/ferry transfers for delegates. If you are requiring airport/ferry transfers you will need to supply your travel details to Clubs New Zealand upon registering.
Transportation between accommodations and the club will be limited to the accommodation options listed on the guide provided by the Clubs of Marlborough. If you are planning to stay in private accommodations you will need to ensure you have your own transport arrangements in place. - Please note that most accommodation is approximately 5-15 minutes (stroll) from the Clubs of Marlborough.
