How do I get the Clubs New Zealand app?
Visit the app store on iOS or the play store on Android and search for Clubs New Zealand.
Alternatively use your phones camera to scan the applicable QR code below:
Minimum operating systems required to support the app:
iOS devices need to be on iOS 11.0 or later
Android devices need to be on Android 5.0 or later.
Do I have to pay for the app?
No! The Clubs New Zealand mobile app is free to download from the Apple App or Google Play Store.
It's my first time using the app, how do I sign up?
If you are already a club member but have never used the app before, open the app and tap “Register”.
You will need to enter your details into the registration form before creating a password. Once you have filled in the registration form tap “Register”.
Often, we are able to verify your membership straight away, however, sometimes we may need a little longer. If we are unable to verify your membership straight away you will see a message that your account is pending verification! As soon as we have verified your membership with your home club, the digital membership card will update automatically for you.
I've used the app before, what do I need to do
You're invited to download the updated Clubs New Zealand mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- From Monday, 7th of August you will be able to download the updated app from the App Store or Google Play Store*
- The first time you use the updated app you will need to reset your password. To do this, from the main screen, tap login, then tap forgot password- then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once you have reset your password you will be taken to your digital membership card.
*some phones may automatically install updates depending on your settings.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click log in and then click the "Forgot password?" link, follow the prompts to reset your password.
The App says that my email is already taken, what do I do?
The App does require users to have a unique email address. If you receive this error message, it means the email address is already assigned to a user and you will need to use a different email address for the app.
How do I update my digital membership card?

Can I use my Digital Membership Card to visit other clubs?
Yes, your digital membership card confirms that you are financial member of a club and can be used when visiting other clubs. Depending on the clubs rules and policies you may still be required to sign in when visiting another club.
Is there anything I should know before I visit another club?
Reciprocal Rights is an important part of club life, we have put together some helpful guidelines to reciprocal rights which you should take the time to review when visiting another club. It is important to remember that by visiting another club you are agreeing to abide the rules and constitution of that club.
Why do I need location services enabled?
Location services will only be used when you're using the app. We use it to find the club nearest you on the club locator map.
How do I update my details?
