Greet NZ
Greet NZ is a one-day course (9.00 am - 5.00 pm) that has been subsidised by the Hospitality Standards Institute. It costs $55 per staff member and they will receive a course book and Certificate of Participation. It's interactive, informative and fun, and your staff will come back to you excited, motivated and with a whole set of new skills!
The course recognises that Kiwi service is unique. That's because our service is a reflection of our culture which is about open, friendly and honest communication. Building on these values, the course adds the professionalism, skills and passion that our industry requires.
Greet NZ covers a range of topics including the following:
