ClubCare Gaming Harm Prevention Training

Who is it for? Club staff and Executive

What does it cover? Provided by the Problem Gambling Foundation and designed in association with Clubs New Zealand, the Club Care programme delivers effective and current training for all staff involved in the operation of gaming machines

Now updated to include racing, our ClubCare training provides the necessary Harm Prevention and Minimisation programme required by the Gambling Act and includes an optional test for attendees wishing to obtain NZQA Unit Standards.

How long is it? Single half day course

Dates and Venue: Training usually takes place on the Club Premises, there are currently 44 dates set by the Problem Gambling Foundation across each of the 13 regions.

Cost: Free to Clubs New Zealand Members

Who is it delivered by? Problem Gambling Foundation in association with Clubs New Zealand

Qualification: Participants recieve a certificate of attendance
