Our 8-Ball tournaments are administered by Clubs New Zealand 8-Ball Association (CNZ8BA) and hosted by member clubs.  There are additional tournaments organised by member clubs throughout the year.

Would your club like to host a  tournament?

You must apply to Clubs New Zealand at least two years in advance. The closing date for applications is 60 days before the delegates' meeting at the current years tournament. The delegates' meeting is held during the tournament.

Your club will need to:

• Write a letter of intent confirming that your Club has the facilities to host a tournament
• Complete an application form 18.11 Kb

The host club is usually decided by majority vote at the delegates' meeting.

Rules:

• We have our own unique set of rules 54.41 Kb for 8-Ball and these are followed at all our tournaments.  These are not the same as rules for pool.
• Tables must comply with our specifications  43.75 Kb

National Rankings:

• All participants in our 8-Ball competitions are ranked.  Check out the latest National Rankings as at 01 January 2010 3.66 Mb
