What does is cover? This is a comprehensive training workshop that covers everything from shrinkage to developing and reviewing policies and procedures.  This is an interactive workshop, with group discussions and exercises, and an extended Q & A Time.  View an overview of the workshops content here 26.45 Kb workshops are customisable to cover particular issues.

How long is it? Both half day sessions or full day sessions are available based on the amount of material covered.

Dates and venues? Training usually takes place on club premises and can be organised at a time and date to suit you.  Any number of people can attend these workshops and generally other clubs from your region will be invited to attend

Cost? $550 (incl GST) for half day, or $850 (incl GST) for full day - plus the cost of travel outside Canterbury
