New Zealand isn't immune from strains of flu hitting our shores and presently has a number of people quarantined for the new strain of Swine Flu.

Clubs should be aware and prepared for the effects of a Pandemic Influenza and include this in their risk management policies.

This could include a Pandemic Plan which may impact on the day to day operation of the club through a drop off in available employees and patrons alike.
