Greet NZ is a one-day customer service course (9.00 am - 5.00 pm) that has been subsidised by the Hospitality Standards Institute. It costs $55 per staff member and they will receive a course book and Certificate of Participation. It's interactive, informative and fun, and your staff will come back to you excited, motivated and with a whole set of new skills!

Greet NZ Leadership is a two-day course (9am-4:30pm) for supervisors and those aspiring to become supervisors. The course is subsidised by HSI and costs $295 (inclusive of GST) per person.
