Recently the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand undertook a survey of Clubs in relation to their individual experiences with exclusion orders, and their effectiveness in preventing or minimising gambling-related harm.  The survey required the Club's Managers or Gambling Managers to comment on the exclusion process in general and how it may be improved.  Of the approximately 300 surveys sent, 35 or 12% were completed and returned.

The results of the survey will be forwarded to the Ministry of Health and to members of the multi venue exclusion working group to show that Clubs are continuing to do well in this area.  To view the results of the survey please  click here 15.48 Kb .
