As you will all be aware the new laws affecting the Employment Relations and Holidays Acts began taking effect on 1 April.

Please note that Clubs New Zealand's model employment agreements and related documents are currently being reviewed to ensure that they comply with the law changes.  The updated documents will be available for members to use early next week.
