There are some big changes afoot for the Employment Relations Act and Holidays Act and as employers you need to be preparing for them NOW.

Please download this  checklist 119.79 Kb which covers what you need to do to comply with the new legislation.  Did you know for example that you will need to ensure that NO employee commences employment without a signed employment agreement?
