ACC Levy Consultation
ACC Consultation - have your say
Find out about the consultations that are happening within ACC.
Levy consultation
ACC provides cover for personal injuries regardless of where the injury happens. Levy rates are set each year to cover the costs of personal injury claims. You can have your say on the proposed rates for the coming year during ACC's annual levy consultation process, which began 1 October 2010 and is set to end on 29 October 2010.
Experience Rating consultation
This year ACC is also consulting on the implementation of 'experience ratings'.
Experience rating means that the levy each customer pays for their cover could in part be determined by their particular workplace's performance (as measured through injuries and return to work outcomes). Find out more, and have your say on the proposal to introduce experience rating during our public consultation. Consultation opened 1 October 2010 and is set to end on 29 October 2010.
