Clubs Advisor

Background
In 2009, Clubs New Zealand, the Hospitality Standards Institute (HSI) – the industry training organisation for hospitality - and the Royal New Zealand RSA entered into the Club Sector Training Strategy.
The 'trifecta' formed by the three associations led to the development of the Club Sector Strategy Goals, which are
- To build a culture of training and qualifications within the Club Industry
- identify and create access to qualifications, training and career pathways within the Club Sector
- build sector brand and profile to change the perception of the Club Sector to a career of choice
- develop national advocacy for matters of shared interest, and
- to develop training around governance and executive management.
