Clubs New Zealand Membership Update Forms
The 2012 Membership Update forms have been sent out to all Clubs. The forms need to be completed and returned to Clubs New Zealand National Office no later than 4pm 20th January 2012, this is so we can calculate each clubs capitation fee for the year 1st January 2012 - 31st December 2012 and to ensure that the details recorded against your Club are correct.
Please note that you are no longer required to have the form signed by a Justice of the Peace, and this is due to the difficulties many Clubs faced in getting the form signed over the Christmas/New Year Period. The forms need to be signed by the person completing the form and that person acknowledges that the information recorded is consistent with the requirements outlined in the Clubs New Zealand Constitution and with the full knowledge of the Clubs Executive.
